The unique drug-containing aligners have high storage capability and deliver the sustained release of drugs. They are used explicitly for teeth whitening and oral care. Our team has developed a series of innovative and patented products for invisible orthodontics and dental care appliances. To reduce tooth damage caused by bruxism, we innovated a medical-grade elastomer dental sheet with a new type of dual-layer supercritical-fluid foaming process.

CUUMed team independently develops customized processing equipment. The production environment is 10K and 100K-level cleanrooms and runs ISO 13485:2016 and GMP quality management systems. It strictly controls various production details and the preservation of complete manufacturing records. The thickness tolerance of the sheet is controlled below 3%. Using the online product quality monitoring system, the biomechanical performance of each sheet is almost the same, showing the reproducibility and predictability of clinical medicine, reducing the replacement rate of patients.

CUUMed develops a series of innovative and patented products specifically for invisible orthodontics and dental care. According to the emerging needs of invisible orthodontics, we developed single-layer and multi-layer dental coping sheets of different materials, and at the same time invented new double-layer dental coping sheets with drug-carrying functions, providing brand-new solutions for tooth whitening health care and oral disease treatment. In addition, a new type of double-layer supercritical fluid foaming process made of medical grade dental plaque elastomer sheet can allow molar patients to reduce molar pressure and reduce tooth damage.
