  • What Is Printing Processing? 

Medical tubing printing encompasses a variety of methods for inscribing or marking on the shaft of the tubing. In particular, catheter devices may require custom printing along the length or around the circumference of the tubing. These markings may take the form of lines, blocks, numbers, letters, or a combination thereof. The ability to print on medical tubing allows for the customization and personalization of devices and can assist in the identification and differentiation of various catheter types. Markings can also serve as visual aids for clinicians during medical procedures, improving accuracy and reducing the risk of complications.

  • What Are Optional Materials Available For Medical Catheter Printing? 

Processing materials are, for example, Polyvinylchloride (PVC), polypropylene(PP), polyurethane(PU), polycarbonate(PC), Nylon/PEBAX, and other thermoplastics materials, braided catheter. The Printing service is commonly used for CVC, Dialysis Catheters, Intravascular Catheters, Hub, Ureteral stent, Luer, etc. 

  • What Features Does CUUMed Printing tubing have?

CUUMed’s catheter printing service is precisely controlled by intolerance+/- 0.5 mm. It can be applied on 4-30 French(1.3 -10 mm) single- and multi-lumen medical catheter mark and scale printing. Also, there are up to two colors for customers to choose from. We also provide 360° rotational printing.
