Forming

  • What Is Forming Processing?

Catheter thermoforming is a manufacturing process that involves heating and molding plastic materials into the shape of a catheter. Thermoforming is a popular technique for catheter manufacturing because it allows for the creation of complex shapes and designs with high precision and accuracy. It is also a cost-effective and efficient manufacturing method that can produce large quantities of catheters quickly.

  • What Are Optional Sizes and Materials Available For Medical Catheter Forming?

The catheter size can be provided within 3-24Fr. Processing materials are, for example, polypropylene(PP), polyurethane(PU), polycarbonate(PC), Nylon/PEBAX, and other thermoplastics materials; braided catheters.
