FAQ

Have you ever performed an aging test? How did you do it?

We perform arigorous aging test that can match the long storage requirement up to three years shelf life.

The aging tests are performed by placing packaged products into an incubator (65±1) for aging and then verifying product properties.

Aging test procedure: firstly, take 12 samples from the same batch and test four of them. If all these four samples are qualified, place the remaining samples of the batch into anincubator for the aging test. On the 23rd day of aging, randomly take 4 samples to perform the qualifying test and record test results. Again, on the 69th day of aging, randomly take another 4 samples to perform the qualifying test and record test results.

The test result shows that, under the condition of 69 days of aging, all properties  (appearance, odor, dimension, abrasion resistance, thermal stability, PH, heavy metal content, evaporation residue, hardness, tensile properties, right-angle tear strength, and tensile attenuation) were compliant with standards.
