The complete CMT-Tip series can provide 3–24 Fr. (1–8mm) semi-automated tip-forming welding and molding for single- or multi-lumen medical catheters using, for example, PICC, CVC, DC, Dilator, and Foley/Ureteral Stent. Take processing materials as the example, Polyvinylchloride(PVC), polypropylene(PP), polyurethane(PU), polycarbonate (PC), Nylon/PEBAX, and other thermoplastics materials.

Fast heating from room temperatures to 300 °C can be achieved within 3 sec.
