Proform Splint Material Sheet adopts medical grade elastomers material, which is easy to vacuum-forming and cut to shape, and has proper biomechanical, and is comfortable to wear.

Proform Splint Material Sheets & Rolls is comfort-oriented.

In Proform Splint Material Sheet, it also divided into three products: CFL (High comfort), CFM (Comfort) and CFH (High Orthodontic Force).

Under the action of three different orthodontics force, each product reflects on the comfort when worn by the patient.
