CUUMed’s catheter extruding service is with high-precision, it allowing dimensional accuracy to be controlled to ±0.03mm or less.

We can provide single or multi-lumen, multi-layer medical, co-extrusion, PEEK Tubing and lubricious tubing, Balloon tubing, Braid reinforcement, Wire Coating, Bump or Taper Tubing.

Customized Guide Catheter Tubing needs are welcomed.

Processing materials are for example, polypropylene(PP), polyurethane(PU), polycarbonate(PC), Nylon/PEBAX, and other thermoplastics materials. We produce Guide Catheter tubing with OD ranges from 0.5mm (0.0197”). to 8 mm (0.315”). Tolerances are as low as ± 0.01mm (0.0005”).
