CUUMED has introduced Milacron medical and complete downstream systems specific to medical use. The configuration of the production line includes extruders, melt pumps, feeder and drying systems, crosshead dies, lumen air pressure control systems, vacuum/cooling tanks, servo pullers/cutters, and dimension measurement/control systems. There are complete closed-loop control systems between units, making the system suitable for the production of high-precision medical tubes with dimensional deviations controlled within ±0.03 mm.
