CUUMED’s Catheter Pad Printing service ensures high-precision results with a tolerance of±0.5 mm. It is suitable for marking and scale printing on 4–30 French (1.3–10 mm) single- and multi-lumen medical catheters.

Our Catheter Pad Printing supports up to two ink colors and offers360° rotational printing with a maximum printing length of 500 mm. The process is fully automated with a PLC-controlled positioning mechanism, ceramic ink cup, and pneumatic operation to ensure superior print consistency.

This service is compatible with various thermoplastic materials, including PVC, PP, PU, PC, Nylon/PEBAX, and braided catheters. Catheter Pad Printing is widely used in applications such as CVCs, dialysis catheters, intravascular catheters, hubs, ureteral stents, and luer components.
