Catheter Thermo-Forming Features

CUUMed’s catheter Thermo-Forming service is commonly used on Pigtails or spirals(of course, other customized shapes are welcomed), for example, Double J stents, PCNL, Diagnostic catheter, Hemodialysis catheter, Drainage Catheter.

The catheter size can be provided within 3-24Fr. Processing materials are, for example, polypropylene(PP), polyurethane(PU), polycarbonate(PC), Nylon/PEBAX, and other thermoplastics materials; braided catheter.
